EMIL F. GOLDHABER, Bankruptcy Judge:

The issue at bench is whether we should grant the debtor’s request for a turnover of an automobile owned by her and repossessed prior to the filing of a petition by the debtor under the Bankruptcy Code (“the Code”) by a creditor having a lien on that automobile or whether we should instead grant that creditor’s request for relief from the automatic stay provisions of § 362(a) of the Code to permit it to proceed with the sale of that automobile.
