HENRIOD, Justice.

Appeal from a summary judgment dismissing complaints against three separate ■purchasers of homes, against whom plaintiffs attempted to assert vendor’s liens, 'under circumstances related below. Affirmed, with costs to said purchasers (the Rappeleys, Sargents and Gillies, defend•'ants).
