OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants, Saundra and William Ritchey, appeal the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank ("J.P. Morgan"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the lower court.
{¶ 2} On May 15, 2006, J.P.
