Wash.Laws 1975, 1st Ex.Sess., ch. 260, § 9A.36.060 says:

PROMOTING A SUICIDE ATTEMPT.(1) A person is guilty of promoting a suicide attempt when he knowingly causes or aids another person to attempt suicide.(2) Promoting a suicide attempt is a Class C felony.

This law is codified as RCW 9A.36.060. A Class C felony is punishable by imprisonment of up to five years and a fine of up to $10,000. RCW 9A.20.020(1)(c).
