Affirming.

This action was instituted by tbe Fidelity & Columbia Trust Company as guardian and trustee against Edna Haupt Yogt and her infant daughter, seeking a construction of the thirteenth paragraph of the last will and testament of Charles C. Vogt, who died a resident of Louisville in the year 1907, leaving an estate consisting of personal property approximating in value $500,000.00.
