It appears from tbe pleadings in this case, that April 9, 1868, the Kentucky Masonic Mutual Life Insurance Company issued to Isaac N. Miller a certificate of membership, in said company; that said Miller died intestate, leaving a widow, but no child or children, surviving him; that the widow has been judicially found to be of unsound mind; that the appellant B.
