This is a motion by Gold Medal Insurance Company (“Gold Medal”) for a modification of the permanent injunction (the “Permanent Injunction”) issued by this Court in August of 1999 granting the petition by Hopewell International Insurance Ltd. (“Hopewell”) for ancillary relief under § 304 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
