OPINION

This is an application for writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to Art. 11.07, V.A.C. C.P.

On February 19, 1968, petitioner entered eighteen pleas of guilty in the 179th District Court of Harris County, resulting in judgments of conviction being entered in eleven robbery cases, one attempted robbery case, one assault to rob case, four felony theft cases, and one burglary case.
