ELLIS, Chief Justice.

In this appeal of a venue case arising from a collision which occurred in Ochil-tree County, Texas, between a motor vehicle driven by the defendant and a horse owned by the plaintiff, the defendant-ap*59pellant challenges the judgment of the trial court in overruling his plea of privilege to be tried in Lipscomb County, Texas, the county of his residence. Reversed and rendered.
