STAKELY, Justice.

On April 10, 1946, a decree was rendered granting Leonora B. Jones (appellee) a divorce from Curtis B. Jones (appellant). In the decree custody of their child, Curtis B. Jones, Jr., was awarded to the mother, Leonora B. Jones. The decree also provided for an allowance of “$85.00 per month to be paid to her as alimony and for the support of the child.” She was also given the exclusive use and occupancy of the home which belonged to Curtis B.
