Joe L. Tave appeals the termination of his employment contract with the Dallas Independent School District (DISD). After DISD terminated his employment, Tave appealed to the commissioner of education for Texas, who denied Tave’s appeal. Tave then appealed the commissioner’s decision in district court, and the trial judge affirmed the commissioner’s decision.
