On August 13, 2016, plaintiff Jennifer Myers filed a civil complaint alleging that defendants Americollect Inc. and Aurora Health Care Inc. had violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) and the Wisconsin Consumer Act (“WCA”).
