Plaintiff-appellant Debbra Lepley brought suit against defendants-appellees Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company (Hartford) and St. Paul Surplus Lines Insurance Company (St.Paul) seeking a declaratory judgment that commercial liability insurance policies issued to her deceased husband’s employer provided unin-suredAmderinsured (UM7UIM) motorist coverage for his injuries in a motorcycle accident.
