Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs and matter remitted to Supreme Court for further proceedings in accordance with the following Memorandum: Supreme Court properly determined that defendant is entitled to a credit of $5,739.81 for separate property that she contributed to the downpayment on the former marital residence (see, Glazer v Glazer, 190 AD2d 951). The court erred, however, in deducting the amount of that credit from plaintiffs share of the marital estate. We modify the judgment, therefore, by directing that $5,739.81 be credited to…
