This is an action by plaintiffs against John E. Butler, Mutual Mortgage Company, a corporation, Ted C. Christenson, Columbia Escrow, a corporation, Wiley C. Nelson, Edward F. Lyon and Florence P. Lyon, for rescission of a purchase of real property by plaintiffs from defendant Butler, or in the alternative for damages against all defendants. The complaint purports to allege fraud on the part of all defendants and mutual mistake of fact.
