The defendant in error as plaintiff below sued the plaintiff in error as defendant below in the circuit court of Duval county in an action of ejectment for recovery of the possession of a portion of block sixty-five (65) in East Jacksonville. There was verdict and judgment for the plaintiff below, and the defendant below brings the same here for review by writ of error.
