JAMES, Justice.

This is a venue case involving Subdivision 14 of Article 1995, Vernon’s Texas Civil Statutes, and is an appeal from an order overruling a plea of privilege. Plaintiff-Appellee Tom Bennett, individually and as trustee for James B.
