Bell, Justice.

In the bill of exceptions two orders are assigned as error: (1) the order overruling the demurrer to the petition, and (2) the order continuing in force the restraining order '“as a temporary injunction.” The last mentioned order is properly construed as a grant of interlocutory injunction.
