CULPEPPER, Judge.

This is a suit for reformation of the description of land covered by a contract of lease. Plaintiff leased from defendant a location for a filling station and contends in its original petition that, through mutual error and mistake, the property as described in the lease does not include an additional 40-foot strip along the highway. By supplemental petition plaintiff specially pleads that defendant is estopped by his representations, relied upon by petitioner to its detriment, that the lease covered the 40-foot strip in question.
