RULING AND ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR PREJUDGMENT REMEDY

On November 18, 2009, and February 17, 2010, this Court held an evidentiary hearing on the plaintiffs motion for a prejudgment remedy [doc. # 88]. Four witnesses testified and numerous documents were received into evidence. Based on the credible evidence, the plaintiffs motion for a prejudgment remedy is DENIED.
