In the language of counsel for the defendant, the only question for determination is whether or not the court erred in overruling the objections filed to the amendment striking “Coca-Cola Bottling Company, a foreign corporation with an agent and place of business located in said county,” and permitting- the plaintiff _ to substitute the averment that “Coca-Cola Bottling Company is a partnership composed of A.
