Upon a Petition for Rehearing

BENTON, JR., Judge.

On December 10, 2002 came the appellee, by the Attorney General of Virginia, and filed a petition praying that the Court set aside the judgment rendered herein on November 26, 2002, and grant a rehearing thereof.

Upon consideration whereof, the petition for rehearing is denied with regard to appellee’s request that the judgments of the trial court pertaining to appellant’s convictions of robbery (CR01-637-02) and use of a firearm in the commission of robbery (CR 01-637-03) be affirmed.
