¶1 Fire Insurance Exchange (FIE) appeals from an order issued by the Twenty-First Judicial District Court, Ravalli County, granting summary judgment in favor of Jake Weitzel (Weitzel). This case arises out of a declaratory judgment action to determine whether there is coverage for claims brought in an underlying action against Weitzel by the Estate of Ronny Groff (Estate).
