For shooting and killing his wife on the morning of November 80, 1925, Fred Williams, hereinafter called defendant, was convicted of murder in the second degree and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of 20 years. To review the record of his conviction, he prosecutes error to this court.
The first assignment of error is that the verdict is contrary to law and not sustained by sufficient evidence.
