BAKER, District Judge.

The amended complaint is in replevin. It alleges, in substance, that the plaintiff is a citizen and resident of the state of Wisconsin, and that the defendant is a citizen and resident of the state of Indiana, and that 'the plaintiff is the owner and lawfully entitled to the immediate possession of the following described personal property:' (Here follows a'description of numerous articles of personal property, alleged to be of the value of $4,000.) The complaint then proceeds:
