HESTER, Judge:
Peter David Moyer appeals from the February 8, 1993 Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas order which dismissed his petition for habeas corpus. 1 The court determined that the Commonwealth had presented a prima facie case on the charges of involuntary manslaughter, homicide by watercraft while under the influence, operating a watercraft under the influence, and reckless and negligent operation of watercraft.
