LASNIK, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court under Local General Rule 8(b). On April 5, 2007, plaintiff Avocent Redmond Corp. (“Redmond”) filed a motion to disqualify Heller Ehrman LLP from representing defendants Rose Electronics, Peter Ma-courek and Darioush “David” Rahvar in this matter (hereinafter “defendants”). See Dkt. # 58. On May 1, 2007, this motion was referred by the Honorable Marsha J. Pechman, United States District Judge, to the Chief Judge for review. See Dkt. # 83 (Minute Order).…
