ACTION
This case adjudicates several tax disputes based on stipulated facts. The par ties and Court agreed that the Court's current law clerk, 1 who worked for both parties on completely unrelated matters, may ethically assist in the instant matter. The Court derives jurisdiction over this core matter, respectively, from 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(B).
