Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Lipp, J.), rendered March 22, 1989, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, criminal possession of. stolen property in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, grand larceny in the third degree, and grand larceny in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, in part, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.
