This matter comes before the Court on the pretrial motions (Doc. Nos. 39 and 47) filed by Defendant Russell Christie, praying for various forms of relief. In the first motion (Doc. No. 39), filed by his counsel on his behalf, he makes four primary arguments. First, Christie seeks to dismiss several Counts of the Superseding Indictment.
