Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-1 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-1, appeals the judgment voiding the deed of trust lien on Lonzie Leath’s homestead and ordering forfeiture of the principal and interest on the related home equity adjustable rate note.
