The sole question in this case is whether ordinary debts of creditors with no lien, pledge, or title, which are incurred during the period of occupancy of a family home in a Louisiana city of more than 100,000 population and before the filing of the declaration of homestead exemption, are enforceable against, or from the proceeds of, property subsequently claimed and perfected as a homestead by the recording of a homestead declaration.
