This action was commenced on June 22, 1901, by John Collins, now deceased, against James P. Gleason, PI. S. Connor, and the Fidelity Trust Company of Seattle, a corporation, to compel the conveyance of certain lands in sections 25 and 30, township 21, north, range 5, E., W. M., in King county, Washington.
