This appeal involves the constitutionality of Act 172 of 1937 (§§ 5400-5402, Pope’s Digest), known as the Uniform Act for Out-of-State Parolee Supervision.

Appellee was sentenced to four years imprisonment in the Missouri State Penitentiary by the circuit court of Carter county, Missouri, on April 23, 1945. On March 11, 3947, the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole granted appellee’s application for parole and permission to return to his mother’s home in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
