INTRODUCTION

The plaintiff, Wei Lee (“Lee”), brought breach of contract, negligence, and wrongful death claims to recover damages sustained by his late wife Jianhua Xu (“Xu”), as a result of defendants Lahey Clinic Medical Center’s (“Lahey”), Nada Samaha, M.D’s (“Samaha”), Michael Thiim, M.D.’s (“Thiim”), Cheiyl Bunting, N.P.’s (“Bunting”), and Alisa Pascale, N.P.’s (“Pascale”) malpractice.
