Plaintiffs, Roland Hartshorn and Lauren Hartshorn, appeal the circuit court’s orders granting summary judgment to defendant State Farm Insurance Company (State Farm) and dismissing their complaint against defendant Safeguard Products International, Inc. (Safeguard). Plaintiffs sued both defendants after their vehicle burned and defendants refused to pay their claims.
