ECHEZABAL, Judge.

The defendant, Charles Damico, was charged by information with gambling, in violation of Article 90 of the Louisiana Criminal Code. He was tried, convicted, and sentenced to pay a fine of four hundred dollars and costs, and in default of the payment of the fine to serve ninety days in the parish prison; and in addition thereto to serve one year in the parish jail. The court suspended the unconditional sentence.
