Statement of the Case.

MONROE, J.

Mrs. Catherine Gabisso, widow of Joseph Frigerio, Jr., died in this city March 12, 1906, leaving six children, to wit, Angele, divorced wife of Guiseppe Vagge, Therese, Louis, Alphonse, John, and James, and leaving a will whereby she bequeathed the disposable portion of her estate to her two daughters and appointed them her executrices. After letters testamentary had been issued, and an inventory taken, Mrs. Louise Cuevas presented to the court a petition alleging that she is the widow of Joseph Louis Frigerio, predeceased son of Mrs. Catherine Frigerio and…
