—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Stephen Crane, J.), rendered December 17, 1990, convicting defendant, after a guilty plea, of attempted robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felon, to a term of 6 years to life, unanimously affirmed.

The hearing court properly denied defendant’s motion to suppress the lineup identification. Defendant’s contention that the lineup was unduly suggestive in that he "was the only participant wearing a green and black ski jacket, and was 1 of just 2 bearded men” is not preserved for appellate review, and we decline to…
