Sudolnik, J.), rendered May 9, 1988, convicting defendant of murder in the second degree and attempted murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to consecutive terms of imprisonment of 20 years to life and 3 Vs to 10 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
