A special court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone convicted appellant, pursuant to her pleas, of six specifications of making and uttering worthless checks by dishonorably failing to maintain sufficient funds, and one specification of breaking restriction, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934.
