HARVEY BROWN, Justice.
In this interlocutory appeal,1 Angela Matthews appeals the trial court’s order denying her motion to dismiss a wrongful death health care liability claim arising out of her alleged negligence in providing nursing care to Shana Lenoir and her two *491unborn children. Matthews was employed as a nurse by U.T. Physicians.
