DECISION
In this case the plaintiff has commenced his action against the hierarchical defendants long after the statutory limitation in §9-1-14(b) of three years had run. The molestations alleged by the plaintiff occurred over a period of two years while he was thirteen and fourteen years old. He attained his majority on March 15, 1981. He commenced this action in 1992. He alleges he was of unsound mind at the time of the molestation by the perpetrator defendant.
