Plaintiff Engrid Bullock (“Bullock”) filed this lawsuit alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”), 43 Pa. Const. Stat. Ann. § 955 et seq. and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
