NOWLIN, District Judge.

Before the Court is the Government’s Verified Complaint for Forfeiture, which is based on the claim that the Respondent Porsche Carrera 911 (“Respondent”) was used to facilitate the distribution of 3,4-me- thylene-dioxymethamphetamine, otherwise known as “ecstasy,” a controlled substance under 21 U.S.C. § 801 et seq., and that Respondent was purchased with funds derived from the sale of ecstasy. The Government asserts its claim to the Respondent based on 21 U.S.C. §§ 881(a)(4)(C) and (a)(6) [“section 881,” “subsections (4)(C) and (6)”], which state in relevant…
