North Memorial Health Care (North Memorial or the hospital) owns and operates a health care facility in Robbinsdale, Minnesota (the facility). On June 24, 2014 the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and the Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA) held an informational picket outside of the facility. The unions later filed multiple unfair labor practice charges against the hospital related to its conduct during the summer of 2014.
