HIGGINS, Justice.
Intervener, as holder and owner of certain bonds and interest coupons, which were payable at the Hibernia Bank & Trust Company, in New Orleans, on March 1, 1933, claimed a lien and privilege on the general assets of the bank, under Act No. 63 of 1926, on the ground that the bank was the agent for collection, remittance, or delivery of the proceeds, and not a depositary of them.
