The appellant was found guilty by a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County of housebreaking and grand larceny, being the first and second counts respectively of the indictment under which he was charged. Concurrent sentences of 10 years on the first count and 15 years on the second count were imposed “to run consecutively with any sentence previously imposed by any Court of competent jurisdiction.”
