A jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County found the appellant guilty of breaking a dwelling house in the daytime with intent to commit a felony therein and grand lar ceny. From the judgment of the court he has appealed, contending that the articles allegedly stolen from the dwelling should not have been received in evidence against him because they had been secured as the result of an unlawful search and seizure.
