J. M. Boothe, Sr., and wife, Lydia Grabow,Haines arid husband, arid Jake L. Hamon, William P. Castleman and Warren Petroleum Corporation sued William J. McLean and others in trespass to try title to the minerals in a strip of land 260 feet wide, subject to roadway and railroad easements, out- of the north end of Survey 179 in Scurry County.
